HD Bodies Personal Training Studio is excited to help Allie Ishcomer from 2010 season of The Biggest Loser with her at home journey to reach her fitness goals.
 

NO MEMBERSHIP FEES 

All camps instructed by Certified Personal Trainers

Boot Camp is for all young and not so young. 

We modify exercise for all levels of fitness level.

Classes last 30 to 45 minutes.

  Class times are Mon. 6 am & 6:30 pm, Wed. 6 am & 6:30 pm and Fri. 6 am. 

 $100 is the price for the whole six weeks.

First and foremost this camp is for anyone who is serious about making a change in their life. It requires discipline and commitment for the entire program, both physically and mentally. It requires your best effort at all times. It requires complete honesty with regard to your eating habits and additional workouts. It will not be easy but you will be amazed at how you will feel when you are done. Remember, your results are dependent upon your efforts.

WHAT IS IT?
A six-week fitness program that will challenge and motivate you to reach new fitness and personal goals. It will involve fitness assessments and health and nutritional counseling. Certified Personal Trainers will direct you through a variety of cardiovascular, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and Yoga exercises in a safe and effective way. There will be some friendly group competition.

WHY SHOULD I PARTICIPATE?
The HD Bodies Boot Camp is for people who are seriously interested in making a change in their life. You will make a dramatic improvement in both your physical and mental well-being. You will improve your strength and muscle endurance, and increase cardiovascular endurance. You will change your body composition if you follow the program - you will change your metabolic rate by increasing lean mass and decreasing fat mass. You will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a healthier body and mind.

WHAT IF I AM NOT VERY PHYSICALLY FIT?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anyone go home unchallenged. Each workout will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others. Your trainers are there to motivate, support, encourage and provide you with a positive experience.

WHAT TYPE OF EXERCISES OR ACTIVITIES ARE INVOLVED?
Exercises will include cardio drills, some short distance running/fast walking, lunges, core strength, jumping rope, obstacle courses, some hill work depending on outdoor locations, push-ups, circuit training, athletic drills, yoga and much more! Modifications to exercises will be provided where needed. This is not an aerobics class; the moves will be individually intense, not choreographed.

WHAT IF I MISS A WORKOUT(S)?
This is a program with advance notice on dates and times. Your attendance and participation in all sessions is expected and recommended if you wish to achieve maximum results. We realize that life can bring unforeseen circumstances. Such circumstances, should they arise, will be dealt with on an individual basis with the troop trainers. There is no monetary compensation for missed workouts nor can you make up sessions in a future boot camp. Please plan accordingly.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING/WEAR?
For the indoor sessions: indoor footwear, workout clothes, water, towel or mat.  For the outdoor workouts: footwear and clothing appropriate for the outdoor conditions, water, towel or mat.   The outdoor sessions will occur rain or shine so please remember to dress appropriately for the conditions.

WILL I BE SORE?
Most people are sore for 2-3 days in the beginning but after that muscular soreness is moderate. It is part of the process that lets you improve. There is always a risk of injury with any new activity; you will be instructed to stop if you experience pain. In the event you do sustain an injury we recommend you see the appropriate health care professional for diagnosis and treatment (physiotherapist, chiropractor, doctor etc.). Sometimes old injuries can present themselves when the body is pushed. Ultimately you are in control of what you do and you have permission to stop at any time.

WHAT TYPE OF PEOPLE ATTEND BOOT CAMPS?
People just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Someone who wants to lose weight in a maintainable and healthy manner. Someone who wants to improve their physical performance. And someone who just wants to see how hard they can push themselves. Most have some experience with exercise, but it is not required.

WHAT IS THE COST (INVESTMENT IN MY HEALTH & FITNESS)?
The average cost of a boot camp is anywhere from $300-500 plus taxes. This is based on local, provincial and international Boot Camp cost averages for a four-week program. Our six-week program, costs only $199.oo. The following six-weeks only $100.00.
