I had a complete physical on July 1.  Everything was great except my bad cholesterol.  My doctor recommended taking heavy doses of fish oil and watching my diet.  I had my cholesterol rechecked yesterday and my bad cholesterol had dropped 39 points in 90 days.  I told my doctor about boot camp and he said that is probably what brought it down.  I only have 11 points to go and it will be normal.  Thanks for starting boot camp - I love the way I feel and my family thanks you for helping me get healthy.

In October 2006 I was diagnosed with breast cancer.  I opted for surgical removal instead of enduring the lasting effects of chemo and radiation to my body.  During the first year of diagnosis, I underwent four very painful surgeries for breast cancer and just for the fun of it right in the middle of those four surgeries, I had an emergency abdominal surgery unrelated to cancer.  I had a total of five major surgeries in one year.  

The following year, I began experiencing kidney problems and underwent several surgical procedures related to kidney stones and just recently (5 months ago) I was diagnosed with a thyroid autoimmune disease.  By this time, just walking up the stairs in my home was laborious for me.  My entire body was in atrophy and due to scar tissue related to all of my breast surgeries, I couldn’t even raise one of my arms above my head.

Five weeks ago I stated this boot-camp, and in that short time I can now raise arm over my head.  Even more, I feel strong and WOW I can already see the difference in my appearance!  I’m getting my muscle tone back very quick – quicker than I could have ever hoped for.  Tommy’s a great instructor and provides a great workout. This is exactly what I needed. I’m starting college next week, but I will continue with the next boot camp. I encourage everyone to participate in this camp. For me it was the difference between life and death.

I am 52 years old and have not done much exercise in my time. A friend talked me into joining a boot camp. I will  admit didn’t think I could do any of the exercises or activities. First week of running,squatting,lunges,weights etc….killed me ! But now almost to the end of the 6 week course I can run, squat, lunge and even stay up (most of the time) with the other boot campers. It only gets better and I just love it, I think to myself what will I do now at the end of my 6 weeks after its all over ??? Well the answer to that is I will be joining this outstanding boot camp again for another 6 weeks…..janell

The High Definition Bodies Boot Camp has been a savior to my weight loss and fitness goals.  Before signing up I had spent 18 months dieting and working out on my own and reached a major plateau.  No matter how much I cut my calories or how hard I worked in the gym the dreaded scale read the same.  The motto for the boot camp is “Your workout is our warm-up”, for me it was the truth!  Tommy keeps you moving for the entire hour and there is very little down time other than the much needed water breaks.  Don’t be discouraged though if you have not worked out in years because he is adept at modifying all of the exercises to each individual’s fitness level.  The first week you may think you won’t make it through the next.  The second week the soreness subsides and by the third week you will notice an increase in strength and stamina.  Although you might think you hate Tommy at times by the end you’ll be thanking him, I guarantee it!  I know that I will be a repeat camper for some time to come!

Throughout my entire adult life (that's more than a quarter of a century folks!) I've been in some variation of physical conditioning class. Tommy's boot camp is far and away one of the best! I have confidence that every move he teaches is in correct form, and he watches to make sure we are all on target. He challenges each of us, regardless of where we are in our capabilities, pushing endurance levels and always encouraging. As difficult as each session is, Tommy always makes it FUN! It's the whole package. A+ (I'm just glad I have a hot tub at home!!)

This is the second bootcamp that I have participated in.  HD Bodies has most definitely been my favorite.  Tommy is an excellent trainer.  He expects a lot from his trainees, which is why I personally have had great results.  His workouts are very focused and very tough, which is one of the reasons I like it so much.  He gives breaks when needed, but otherwise, it's a continuous workout that keeps your heart rate up almost the entire hour, thus giving us a great cardio workout and building muscle at the same time.  Working out at a gym on my own, I would never push myself to the limits that I push myself in this bootcamp.  It's fun and I'm excited to start my second session.

I believe I was the oldest one in the class, but kept up pretty good. (I'm
early 50's) lol. There were 6 of us that joined together and I think
they invited me because they needed a 6th person. :) And I am so glad I
went. I do not regret it at all. $200 well spent.

The six weeks is over and I have never felt better. There were things
that I struggled with in the beginning but by the end of six weeks, things
were much easier for me. I loved it. I felt better after each workout.
Not only do I feel better in my clothes now, it was very healthy for me.
It was very good bonding times for me, my daughters and granddaughter. We
looked forward to coming to each session and we helped each other along the
way, trying to encourage one another. I feel so much better about myself
and walk around more confident because I FEEL GREAT and my clothes fit me
so much better!

I plan on going to another six week session. Sure, it was BOOT CAMP, but
we had fun. I challenge people to come at least once and you will know
what I'm talking about. You will feel great too.

I couldn't do a push up when I started.  I have attended several of Tommy's boot camps. They are addicting. I'm stronger and my cellulite on my thighs is almost gone!  I feel much better physically and mentally.  It's a great stress reliever as well. He pushes me but not too much. I'm always glad when it's over and I've made it to another class. I can do men push ups now! Thanks for the encouragement Tommy!
